Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Estes Health Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you request a quote for private health coverage through https://quotes.strategyb.co.

Information we collect

You give us this information directly when you complete the quote form:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• ZIP code, date of birth, and gender
• Who needs coverage — yourself, a spouse, children, or your whole family

We also record automatically, at the moment you submit:

• Your IP address and browser user agent
• The page you submitted from and the site that referred you
• Advertising identifiers in the link you arrived on (such as fbclid, gclid, and UTM parameters)
• A TrustedForm certificate — an independent third-party recording of your session, created by ActiveProspect, that documents the disclosure shown to you before you submitted

How we use it

• To contact you about health insurance products and quotes, by phone, SMS, and email
• To match you with a licensed insurance agent
• To verify that the phone number you gave us can receive text messages
• To keep proof of the consent you gave, which we are legally required to retain
• To measure which advertising produced a customer, so we stop paying for advertising that does not

Consent to be contacted

We only call or text you if you checked the consent box on the quote form. The exact disclosure you agreed to is stored with your record. As of August 6, 2026 it reads:

By checking this box and clicking Submit, I give my prior express written consent for Estes Health Solutions and its licensed insurance agents to contact me at the phone number and email I provided — including by autodialed and pre-recorded calls, and by SMS text message — about health insurance products and quotes. Message frequency may vary (approximately 5–15 msgs/month). Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw it at any time — reply STOP to any text message, tell the agent on a call, or email us at support@strategyb.co. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for texts and within 10 business days for calls.

How we share it

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing.

We do share information, only as needed to do what you asked us to do, with:

• Licensed insurance agents and agencies who quote and write your policy
• Insurance carriers you choose to apply to
• Service providers who operate this site on our behalf — hosting, our customer relationship management system, our telephony and messaging carriers, and ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) — each of whom may use the data only to provide that service to us
• Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure the results of our advertising. When someone we advertised to becomes a customer, we send Meta a hashed version of the identifiers you gave us — your email and phone are irreversibly converted with SHA-256 before they leave our servers, so Meta receives a fingerprint rather than your actual contact details. This lets us tell which ads produced real customers. You can control how Meta uses this at facebook.com/adpreferences.

How long we keep it

We retain your quote request and the record of your consent for at least four years. That is not a preference — claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act can be brought years after contact, and the consent record is the evidence that we had permission. If you ask us to delete your data we will do so except for the minimum consent record we are required to keep to defend against such a claim, and we will stop contacting you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it). California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Exercise any of them by emailing support@strategyb.co. We will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Not a government site

Estes Health Solutions LLC is a licensed insurance agency offering private health plans. These are not Affordable Care Act marketplace plans, and this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, healthcare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace, or the federal Medicare program. We do not charge a fee for our services.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes to how we contact you will not be applied retroactively to consent already given.
